All of Dragonfly's exclusive fitness classes are here! We offer Power Up (a HIIT class that alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one), Yoga Up (a yoga and cardio hybrid class to give you a full body workout) and Circuit Up (a hybrid of our Yoga Up and Power Up classes in a format allows you to hit all muscle groups and targets strength building and muscle endurance).
